The Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of small and mid sized fleets, typically operating between 5 and 50 vehicles, from the moment they sign with Saphyroo.

Your role is to help customers get live, understand their data, improve their operations and continue seeing value from the platform. You’ll start alongside a senior Customer Success Manager and gradually take ownership of more accounts as you develop your skills and confidence.

This is not a support desk role. It’s a relationship driven position focused on customer outcomes, adoption, retention and growth.

We’re also a startup. That means the role evolves with the business. Some weeks you’ll be onboarding new fleets, helping coordinate a camera rollout or working with engineering to resolve a customer issue. If you enjoy variety, ownership and learning fast, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers from signed contracts to successful go live.
  • Ensure vehicles, drivers and devices are configured correctly and deliver value from day one.
  • Run regular customer check ins and quarterly business reviews.
  • Use customer data to identify risks, opportunities and practical actions that improve performance.
  • Monitor account health and proactively engage customers before issues become problems.
  • Manage day to day customer enquiries and work with engineering on technical issues when required.
  • Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Saphyroo products.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing meaningful feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years in a customer facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Support or Sales.
  • Alternatively, a high performing graduate who can demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with dashboards, reports and data.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and become proficient in new systems.
  • A calm, professional approach when working with busy customers and operational teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fleet, transport, logistics, telematics or SaaS.
  • Experience onboarding customers or supporting software implementations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, summarising, reporting or productivity.

Tools You’ll Use

You’ll spend most of your time working inside the Saphyroo platform, helping customers get the most from Drive360, Vision360 and Route360.

You’ll also work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, GitLab and AI powered productivity tools used throughout the business.

We’ll teach you the platform and the industry. You bring curiosity, organisation and customer instinct.
