The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of small and mid sized fleets, typically operating between 5 and 50 vehicles, from the moment they sign with Saphyroo.
Your role is to help customers get live, understand their data, improve their operations and continue seeing value from the platform. You’ll start alongside a senior Customer Success Manager and gradually take ownership of more accounts as you develop your skills and confidence.
This is not a support desk role. It’s a relationship driven position focused on customer outcomes, adoption, retention and growth.
We’re also a startup. That means the role evolves with the business. Some weeks you’ll be onboarding new fleets, helping coordinate a camera rollout or working with engineering to resolve a customer issue. If you enjoy variety, ownership and learning fast, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll spend most of your time working inside the Saphyroo platform, helping customers get the most from Drive360, Vision360 and Route360.
You’ll also work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, GitLab and AI powered productivity tools used throughout the business.
We’ll teach you the platform and the industry. You bring curiosity, organisation and customer instinct.
