Customer Success Manager

  • Philippines - Remote
  • Posted on 07/30/2026

Your customers run trucks, utes and vans in Australia, the UK and Saudi Arabia. Many are new to telematics, and what they care about is not the technology. They care whether their drivers are safe, whether the fuel bill is coming down and whether they will pass their next audit. Your job is to keep the answer yes.

About Saphyroo

Saphyroo builds fleet and transport technology for operators in three markets. Drive360 covers fleet visibility and driver management. Vision360 is AI video safety and compliance, the cameras that sit in the cab. Route360 handles route optimisation and dispatch.

We are small and growing fast. Customer Success is not a support function here. It is the reason customers renew, and it is the team we are investing in hardest this year.

The Role

You own a portfolio of small and mid-sized fleets, typically running between 5 and 50 vehicles, from the day they sign.

You get them live, teach them to read their own data and keep them getting value from it. That means onboarding new fleets, running check-in calls, catching the account that stopped logging in three weeks ago before it turns into a lost renewal, and working with engineering when something breaks.

This is not a ticket queue. You will be measured on whether your customers stay and use the product.

We are a startup, so the edges of the job move. One week you are onboarding a new fleet. The next you might be coordinating a camera installation across 30 vehicles, or sitting with engineering to work out why a device stopped reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers from signed contract to working dashboard, with vehicles, drivers and devices configured properly and the first safety report in their inbox inside the first month.
  • Run regular check-in calls and quarterly reviews. Arrive with the numbers already read and one clear recommendation.
  • Watch the health of your accounts and reach out before a quiet customer becomes a cancelled one.
  • Handle day-to-day questions, and pass technical issues to engineering with enough detail that they can fix it without a second call.
  • Support renewals, and flag the accounts ready for more cameras, more vehicles or Route360.
  • Train customer teams on the platform, including drivers and operations staff who are not comfortable with software.
  • Carry customer feedback back to product and engineering with the specifics that make it usable.

What You’ll Need

  • Four or more years in customer success, account management or software implementation, at least two of them with a software product.
  • Spoken English strong enough to run a video call with an Australian transport operator who talks fast and uses trade slang. This is the requirement we are strictest about.
  • Clear written English. You will write customer emails and reports on your own.
  • The organisation to hold thirty-odd accounts without letting one slip.
  • Comfort with data. You can open a fleet’s dashboard, find the one number worth talking about and explain it to someone who is not technical.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fleet, transport, logistics or telematics.
  • Experience with a product that combines hardware and software, where an install can go wrong in the physical world and not just on screen.
  • Experience with customers in Australia, the UK or the Middle East.
  • You already use AI tools in your work, for drafting, call summaries or pulling a report together.

Salary

PHP 85,000 to PHP 115,000 per month depending on experience.

What We Offer

  • Remote first. This role is remote and stays remote, with no relocation and no office to commute to.
  • An international team. Your customers and your colleagues sit in Australia, the UK and Saudi Arabia, so you work across three markets rather than one.
  • Accounts that are genuinely yours. You will have real ownership of your customers, and the feedback you send to product reaches the people building it.
  • A company that already runs on AI tools, for drafting, call summaries and reporting.
  • A specialism worth having. Telematics is a specialised field, and the experience you build here is hard to find elsewhere.

Tools You’ll Use

The Saphyroo platform, which you will come to know inside out. Google Sheets for the numbers. GitLab, where our engineering and product work lives, so you can follow an issue you raised through to the fix. And the same AI tools the rest of the company runs on, for drafting, call summaries and reports.

We will teach you the telematics side.

How to Apply

Apply through the form on this page. Send two things with your CV.

First, a few lines about a customer you kept who was halfway out the door, or an account you turned around, and what you actually did.

Second, a short video, 60 to 90 seconds, unscripted and unedited, answering this: what is the hardest part of getting a customer to change the way they work? Record it on your phone, upload it to Google Drive and paste the link in the Video Link field. Please set the sharing so anyone with the link can view it, otherwise we cannot open it. We are not judging your lighting. We are listening to how you speak, because you will be on calls with our customers every day.

Please include the video. We read every application that has one.
