Questions about Rootracker Asset
Do I need to wire it in?
No. Rootracker Asset runs on its own long-life battery, so it goes on refrigerated trailers, containers and loads without wiring.
How long does the battery last?
Multiple years on its long-life battery. The Extended battery pack adds capacity for longer life between servicing.
Is the SIM included?
Yes. Every plan includes the SIM and data. It connects over 4G LTE-M and NB-IoT, and reports location and temperature.
What happens if I cancel?
Trackers you buy are yours to keep. A rental runs month to month, or for the year you have paid for. Rented trackers go back within 30 days of the rental ending, or they are charged at the full hardware cost.
