Do I need to wire it in?
No. Rootracker Pro runs on its own battery, so it fits trailers and equipment with no power. It is rated IP67, with motion and tamper sensing.
How long does the battery last?
3 to 5 years from its 5000mAh battery. Reporting more often uses more battery. The Extended battery pack adds capacity for longer life between servicing.
Is the SIM included?
Yes. Every plan includes the SIM and data. It connects over LTE-M and NB-IoT.
What happens if I cancel?
Trackers you buy are yours to keep. A rental runs month to month, or for the year you have paid for. Rented trackers go back within 30 days of the rental ending, or they are charged at the full hardware cost.
