Questions buyers ask
Do I need a Vision360 plan?
Yes, with the SIM and data included. Buy the tracker and plans start from A$25 per vehicle per month. Renting starts from A$30 a month, tracker included.
Should I buy or rent?
Buy it. You own the tracker and the monthly is lower, A$25 against A$30 renting. Rent if you would rather pay nothing upfront, yearly for the lower rate or month to month. There is no lock-in either way.
Can I fit it myself?
It wires into vehicle power, 9 to 72V, so it is fitted for you. Installation is from A$90 per vehicle, confirmed before we book.
What if the vehicle's power is cut?
A built-in backup battery keeps it reporting if the power is cut.
Does it work with my dash cameras?
Yes. Trackers and cameras show in the same Vision360 account, on one map.
What happens after I order?
You get an email confirmation, we check your business, then it arrives within 14 working days of approval.
