Questions about Entry Cam

Do I need a Vision360 plan?

Yes. Every camera runs on an active Vision360 plan, from A$35 per vehicle per month. The SIM and data are included.

Can I fit it myself?

Yes for simple, single-camera setups, with step-by-step guides. Multi-camera or complex installs must be fitted by a Saphyroo-certified installer to keep warranty cover valid.

Where is our footage stored, and is it secure?

Footage is encrypted and stored in-region: UK fleets' data stays in the UK, Australian fleets' data stays in Australia. Cloud retention follows your plan: 7 days on Essential, 30 on Pro and 90 on Enterprise. Access is role-based.

What happens if I cancel?

Cameras you buy are yours to keep. A rental runs for its 24 or 36 month term, and cancelling early means paying the rest of the term. Rented cameras go back within 30 days of the rental ending, or they are charged at the full hardware cost.
