I'm the Head of Customer Success at Saphyroo. My career started in door to door sales before I moved into hospitality and completed a chef apprenticeship. I later earned my heavy rigid licence and joined TLN as a driver, where I became involved in the early development of Saphyroo. Using the platform every day gave me a unique understanding of the product and I've been part of its journey ever since.

I was drawn to the challenge and the opportunity to work in a completely different environment. What really stood out was that Saphyroo isn't limited to one industry. You get to work with businesses across transport, construction, healthcare and more, solving different challenges every day. That variety is what makes the role so rewarding.

My role is to make sure our customers get the most out of Saphyroo. That includes testing new features, improving efficiency, monitoring KPIs and helping businesses stay on top of compliance.

Having used other systems, I genuinely don't think there's anything else on the market quite like Saphyroo. It makes day to day operations so much easier, from managing compliance and keeping track of drivers to accessing everything on your phone instead of being tied to a computer. Before Saphyroo, things could easily be missed, but now everything is in one place.

I'm looking forward to learning more about the transport industry and seeing how everything works behind the scenes. After spending the last 10 years in a different field, it's exciting to take on a new challenge. I enjoy being pushed outside my comfort zone and I'm keen to broaden my experience while continuing to grow with Saphyroo.

I'd have to say Zahid has been the biggest support. He's been incredibly patient and always willing to share his knowledge, which isn't something you find everywhere. Having previously worked with TLN, it was also great to have familiar faces around. Between both Co Founders, they've made settling into Saphyroo a really positive experience.
