Questions buyers ask
Do I need a Vision360 plan?
Yes. Every camera runs on an active Vision360 plan, from £20 per vehicle per month. The SIM and data are included.
Should I buy or rent?
Buy for the lowest monthly platform fee, with your first month of Vision360 free. Renting is for fleets of 5 or more, on a 24 or 36 month term with no hardware cost upfront.
Can I fit it myself?
Yes for simple, single-camera setups, with step-by-step guides. Multi-camera or complex installs need a Saphyroo-certified installer to keep the warranty.
What if a camera fails?
Purchased cameras have a 24-month warranty and rented cameras are covered for the whole rental. We repair or replace, in addition to your statutory rights.
What about driver privacy?
Driver monitoring is optional on Entry Cam, and access to footage is role-based, so only people you authorise can view it. Footage also protects drivers, giving clear evidence when an incident was not their fault.
Where is our footage stored, and is it secure?
Footage is encrypted and stored in-region: UK fleets' data stays in the UK, Australian fleets' data stays in Australia. Cloud retention follows your plan: 7 days on Essential, 30 on Pro and 90 on Enterprise. Access is role-based.
