Do I need to wire it in?
Yes. Rootracker Plug wires into vehicle power (9 to 72V), so it suits cars, vans, trucks and buses. Simple plug-in or basic wired devices may be self-fitted without affecting warranty, or we can install it for you.
How long does the battery last?
It runs on vehicle power, so there is nothing to charge. A built-in backup battery keeps it reporting if the power is cut.
Is the SIM included?
Yes. Every plan includes the SIM and data. It connects over 4G, with 3G and 2G fallback.
What happens if I cancel?
Trackers you buy are yours to keep. A rental runs month to month, or for the year you have paid for. Rented trackers go back within 30 days of the rental ending, or they are charged at the full hardware cost.
