Fleet Tracking That Shows the Whole Operation

Live GPS on every HGV, lorry and van in one login, with geofences around the sites that matter and the journey history to answer what happened last Tuesday.

Product console: a live UK fleet map, mixed HGVs and vans, one vehicle selected with its journey drawn. Landscape 16:9, dark UI, no text small enough to read.

How it works

One Map. Every Vehicle's GPS Position.

  1. 01

    Every vehicle reports its position

Tracked hardware on each vehicle sends location and status, whether that is a 44 tonne unit or a panel van.

  2. 02

    Sites become geofences

Draw your depots, yards and regular customer sites once, and arrivals and departures are recorded against them.

  3. 03

The day is recorded as it runs

Journeys, stops, idling and time on site build up without anyone filling in a sheet.

  4. 04

    History answers the question later

Replay any vehicle on any date, which is what settles a delivery dispute or an unexplained hour.

What operators use it for

The questions it answers.

  • Where is the vehicle now

Live position and status for the whole fleet, so a customer call is answered while they are still on the phone.

  • Was it actually on site

Geofence arrivals and departures with times, rather than a driver's recollection.

  • Where is the time going

Idling, time on site and time between drops, per vehicle and per route.

  • What happened on that job

Journey history for the date in question, with the stops in order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fleet tracking, as it actually works day to day.

Talk to us about your fleet
  • What is fleet tracking?

Hardware on each vehicle reporting its position and status, shown on one map with the history kept, so you can see where the fleet is now and reconstruct where it has been.

  • Does it work across mixed vehicle types?

Yes. HGVs, lorries, vans and plant sit on the same map, which is the point: a mixed operation should not need two systems.

  • Is it the same as van tracking?

The technology is. The page next door covers the delivery round specifically, because a multi-drop van operation asks different questions of it. Both are the same platform.

  • Do drivers need to do anything?

No. Tracking runs from the vehicle. Drivers only interact with the app where a job, a check or a document needs them.

  • Can I see driver behaviour as well as position?

Yes. Harsh braking, acceleration and cornering are recorded against the vehicle and the driver assigned to it.

  • Does it help with compliance?

It gives you the evidence trail: where a vehicle was, for how long, and who was driving. It sits alongside tachograph, defect and inspection records rather than replacing them.
