[ Van tracking ]
Van Tracking Built for Busy Delivery Rounds
Live GPS, geofenced drops and driver behaviour for every van on the round, so you can see the day as it runs and answer a customer without ringing the driver.

How it works
Van GPS Tracking, Drop by Drop.
01
Every van on one map
Live position for the whole van fleet, not a list you refresh.
02
Drops become geofences
Each delivery point records its own arrival and departure, so a completed stop is a fact rather than a claim.
03
Time between drops is visible
Where the round is running long, and whether that is traffic, the drop itself or the gap before it.
04
The day is there tomorrow
Replay any round on any date, which is what answers a missed-delivery query a week later.
Why a van round is different
Many stops, small windows.
Dwell time is the cost
On a multi-drop round the minutes at the kerbside decide whether the day finishes on time, so they are measured per stop.
Customers ask about one drop
Not the vehicle, the drop. Geofenced arrivals let you answer about their delivery specifically.
Behaviour matters in traffic
Urban rounds generate the harsh braking and cornering that wear a van out and worry a customer.
Vans are shared
Which driver was in which van, on which round, without a paper key log.

What is van tracking?
GPS hardware in each van reporting position and status, with the drops geofenced so arrivals, departures and dwell time are recorded per delivery rather than per vehicle.
How is it different from fleet tracking?
Same platform. This is the multi-drop view, where the useful measures are stops per hour and time at the kerbside. Fleet tracking is the page for a mixed HGV and van operation.
Can it prove a delivery happened?
It records that the van arrived at the drop and how long it stayed. Signature and photo proof of delivery sits in the same platform on the proof of delivery side.
Will drivers need to use an app?
Tracking itself needs nothing from the driver. The app is for the jobs, the checks and anything that needs their input.
Does it cover driver behaviour?
Yes, and it matters more on urban rounds: harsh braking and cornering are recorded against the van and the driver assigned to it.
What about vans parked overnight at home?
Out-of-hours movement alerts cover exactly that case, and privacy rules for non-working hours are configurable.
